This week's Coach of the Year rankings are almost identical to last week's with one major exception: Gregg Popovich has shot up to #5. This was inevitable as the production San Antonio's role players could not go unnoticed forever. Portland's Nate McMillan took a slight dip this week as did Houston's Rick Adelman.
Boston Celtic's Doc Rivers however maintained his spot at #3 despite the recent losses.
